1. ממלאים את הפרטים

מלאו את הטופס המופיע בתחתית הדף והכניסו לשדות הריקים את שמכם המלא, את שם הנפטר, האימייל והטלפון שלכם.

2. מקבלים טופס הצטרפות

לאחר מילוי פרטיכם, תקבלו למייל טופס הצטרפות לפתיחת דף הנצחה. הטופס כולל פרטים על הנפטר אותם תידרשו למלא כמו סיבת הפטירה, מקום לידתו וסיפור חייו. תוכלו להוסיף תמונות, קטעי וידאו ומסמכים שונים.

הקמנו את פורטל ז״ל על מנת להנציח את אבינו אפי (אפרים) רז שנפטר ממחלת הסרטן, ובמטרה לאפשר לאנשים אחרים להנציח את קרוביהם שהלכו לעולמם. אנו רואים בשימור זיכרון הנפטרים כשליחות גדולה.

בהחלט. ניתן לשתף את דף ההנצחה ברשתות החברתיות פייסבוק וטוויטר וכן באמצעות תוכנת המסרים המידיים וואטסאפ.

כן. כמנהלי דף ההנצחה ניתן להגדיר את הדף כך שהגישה אליו תהיה מוגבלת לאנשים מסוימים, ולמנוע הצגתו בפני שאר הגולשים.
